Beyond Closet was originally a Korean Menswear brand, who launched in 2008. But as they found out that over 60 percent of their costumers were women, the brand became unisex. I came across this brand in the summer of last year and this brand has become on of my favourites.
I wanted to look back into the traditional formal wear for men, Kilts. Every formal occasion my dad wears his, whilst everyone else is in suits. I think its so cool and I believe that kilts could and should become part of street wear today. Creating layers has become very popular over the past couple of years and I think Kilts could definitely become a new trend.

To further my research into Scottish Architecture, I decided to look at one individual who I have admired for years. I visited The Hill house when I was younger, with my family on a trip to Scotland one summer.
The Hill house was an amazing experience, even though, when I went to see it, I was only about 8 or 9 years old. I do remember being in complete awe as I walked around. So sticking with the Scottish heritage and architecture route with looking into Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his life's work.
Currently a Menswear Fashion student at Arts University Bournemouth, I have created this blog to demonstrate my work and style as 20 year old creative individual.
